Service Description
Join us for a special edition of our Obstacles After Dark Clinic. How else does one celebrate the start of the year of the fire horse than with horses and fire? In this half day program we will introduce you to the Lead the Change program and learn about the four types of obstacles that our horses face. We will master navigating all the obstacles in the daylight hours, then, as the sun sets, the obstacles will transform unveiling new challenges for you and your horse to conquer. At the end of the night we invite you to join us for a pot luck dinner; we will provide the main! This clinic is suitable for both in-hand and in-saddle participation. In other words, you do not need to be able to ride to benefit from this clinic! While most of our programs are beginner friendly, we do suggest that participants in Obstacles After Dark: Fire Horse Special have solid handling skills and good control over their horses both on the ground, and in saddle if applicable (age 13+ please). Past participants consistently tell us that our obstacle programs are TRANSFORMATIVE and many choose to join us time and time again and again because, as with all our clinics, it is always about you, your horse, and where you are in your journey. You will be met where you are and given the support you need to not just meet your goals, but surpass them. As with all of our clinics, we customize the exercises and the obstacles for that clinic's unique set of participants. All disciplines welcome! Young horses welcome! Well behaved stallions welcome! Overnight pens and dry camping available for an additional fee. Limited to just 10 participants to ensure you and your horse get the 1:1 instruction and support you deserve. Cancellation Policy
A nominal deposit is required to hold your place in an event. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable under certain conditions. See details below. Requests to reschedule, change events, or move your deposit to any other service we offer, can be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to the event. You can transfer your booking to another individual at any time but must notify us immediately. We would greatly appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can properly prepare the new participant. We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service to everyone that enters our gates. To that aim, we keep our clinics number small to ensure we get to know you and can provide you with plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Requests to make changes to reservation within 2 weeks of the event can be difficult to fill, and as such, are not transferable to another service unless we have an active waitlist for that event, and we are able to fill your spot. If you discover that you are unable to attend an event within the 2 week window, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you fill your spot, but make no guarantees. This policy is one of the most generous in the industry and we appreciate your understanding. Frequent abuse of this policy will result in deposit forfeit. While we never want to have to do this, we do reserve the right to block repeat offenders as well.
