At the Flying P Ranch, you and your equine partner will enjoy all the amenities you expect to find at a full-scale boarding facility, with the intimate, adult only environment you crave. That's right, we are an adult only facility! With only five boarding spaces in total, and services and packages designed for the busy equestrian, you can trust that your horse will be happy, healthy, and receive the best care possible while you do you.
All care, including feeding and cleaning, is done by us - the trainers who own, built, and live on the property. We train, give private haul-in lessons, and host the clinics, but there are no group lesson programs, and no outside trainers or instruction here to interrupt your precious time with your horse. In fact, most of the time, you will probably have the property to yourself. If all that wasn't enough, we take fly prevention seriously and are as fly free as a horse property can be!

All Inclusive Boarding - $1000/month

Feeding of Grass and or Alfalfa in barn supplied HayChix hay bags 2x/day

Feeding of owner supplied, and barn prepared grain and supplements 1-2x/day

Feeding of barn supplied feed through fly control 1x/day

Filling of interactive treat ball with barn supplied ration balancer or forage pellets - 1x/day

Cleaning of stall and paddock- 7 days/week

Maintenance of barn supplied cedar bedding in your horse's outdoor space

Individual or group turnout (minimum of 2 hours) - 6 days/week

Application of barn supplied fly spray - 6 days/week

Application and removal of owner supplied blankets daily - if desired

Application and removal of owner supplied fly masks daily - if desired

Indoor and outdoor automatic water buckets cleaned 2x week

White salt, mineral block, and Redmond Rock salt blocks replaced as needed

Treatment of basic cuts and scrapes as needed

Administration of basic owner supplied medication 2x/day as needed

Quarterly fecal tests and barn supplied deworming medication as appropriate

10% Discount on all De Frates Horsemanship Clinics and free auditing
*Certification is required in order to use the facility's obstacles. One (1) hour lesson shall be provided, at no cost, to certify any resident that would like to utilize this amenity.
Additional Available Services
Feeling Pretty - $175/month
Weekly full body grooming that will leave your horse looking their best. Includes all supplies, hoof conditioner, thrush preventative, detangling and braiding of mane and tail if desired, and bathing when necessary or requested.
Feeling Fit (coming soon!)
Four (4) sessions on our brand new, European style horse exerciser per week. Sessions will be customized in speed and duration based on your horse’s needs and fitness goals.
Feeling Educated - $650/month
Three (3) training sessions and one (1) lesson with Dana per week. Training sessions will be customized based on agreed upon goals. Any lessons that are not utilized as part of this package will be converted into a training session.
