Cancellation and Exchange Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place in a event. 
Requests to reschedule can be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to the event. 
You can transfer your booking to another individual with 72 hours notice.

We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service to everyone that enters our gates. To that aim, we keep our clinics number small to ensure you get plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Reschedule requests made within 2 weeks of an event are extremely difficult for us to fill, and as such, are not transferable to another date. If you discover that you are unable to attend an event within the 2 weeks prior, please reach out as soon as possible. If we have a waitlist for your event, we will do everything we can to help you fill your spot, but make no guarantees, therefore we encourage you to substitute another participant.
