Description
When I only have 20 minutes to ride but want to make the most of my session, I work on transitions. A transition is a change, and whether you are changing speed, direction, location, whatever, planning and practicing your changes will make all the difference in the world.
Limited to 10 participants.
$150 to participate with a $75 non-refundable deposit required to hold your space.
Auditor spots $10/day if paid in advance, $15/day if paid at the door.
