Service Description

We get it because we've been there. No, seriously, we have, and if we can do it, so can you! Both Dana and Jason have experienced major horse related accidents that resulted in injuries requiring ambulance rides, hospitalization, and surgeries. The physical recovery from our accidents pales in comparison to the emotional journey we both had to embark on to restore our confidence in ourselves, and in our horses. After riding for over 30 years, Dana almost quit horses altogether due to the crippling fear that remained after her physical injuries had healed. Our own personal confidence building journeys have allowed us to develop a program specifically designed to manage fear and increase confidence. There is no quick fix but you definitely do not need to go this road alone. Don't let fear, low self-esteem, or a lack of confidence hold you back from doing what you love! Our Confidence Building clinic series gives you a safe space to work with a small, like-minded group of people to increase your knowledge and gain the tools you need to manage your fear and get on the path to increasing your confidence. Session #1 starts on the ground, teaching you and your horse what to do when you are afraid, before we ever get in saddle. Session #2 will help you manage anxiety and prevent spooks. Session #3 will take your budding confidence through our obstacle course. Session #4 puts all you've learned into practice out on the trail. Sessions are held two weeks apart to give you and your equine partner time to practice all the great tools you will learn. All disciplines and all levels are welcome. Limited to just 6 participants to ensure you have the space and support you need. We do not have horses available for participant use. ​Cost: $700 to participate with a $175 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot No auditor space available.


Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place in an event. Requests to reschedule can be accommodated up to 2 weeks prior to the event. See details below. You can transfer your booking to another individual with 72 hours notice. We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service to everyone that enters our gates. To that aim, we keep our clinics number small to ensure you get plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Reschedule requests made within 2 weeks of an event are difficult to fill, and as such, are not transferable to another date unless we have an active waitlist for that event and are able to fill your spot. If you discover that you are unable to attend an event within the 2 week window, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you fill your spot, but make no guarantees. This policy is one of the most generous in the industry and we appreciate your understanding.
