We have wrapped up our 2023 clinic season. Our facility doesn't have lights, nor does it hold up to heavy use during the rainy season, so we put a pin in our regularly scheduled clinics when the time changes back to PST. That doesn't mean we aren't available, however! If you are interested in hosting a custom clinic at your facility, please reach out. We are always available for lessons as well.
Our Event Refund/Cancelation Policy
Event deposits or payments are refundable for 24 hours after your order is placed, minus any applicable processing fees that are charged to us by our website and credit processing vendors; these run between 3-5% for each transaction.
24 hours after you place your order, event deposit are not refundable and are non-transferrable. If you chose to pay in full, your additional payment (minus the deposit) is transferable to any other event or service we offer in the same calendar year, as long as you notify us 2 weeks or more before your original event. If you need to cancel, or wish to reschedule, within the 2 weeks prior of your scheduled event, you will forfeit any additional payment.
We can not transfer balances between calendar years; our accountant gets really mad when we try.
We pride ourselves on providing extraordinary customer service and to that aim, we keep our events small and intimate to ensure you get plenty of 1:1 support. We also keep our fees as low as we possibly can to make our events more accessible. Changes made within 2 weeks of an event are extremely difficult for us to fill, and as such, are not transferable. This policy is one of the most generous in the industry and we appreciate your understanding.
